The Next Generation of Battery Materials: Graduate with a Master´s Degree in “Battery Materials and Technology” from the University of Bayreuth
Are you interested in the rapidly evolving fields of battery technology, sustainable energy storage and electromobility?
In this webinar, the Master´s Degree Programme in Battery Materials and Technology will be presented. It is the first of its kind Master’s Programme at the University of Bayreuth and it is closely connected to the “Bavarian Center of Battery Technology”. The study programme aims at training future national and international professionals in the field of Battery Technologies along the entire value chain starting from battery materials and electrochemistry up to battery packs up to battery management systems. These qualifications are currently in high demand on the job market. For excellent students there will be the chance to obtain an individual research fellowship.
The intended audience for this webinar are students with a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or engineering subject (Engineering Science, Physics, Chemistry etc.) and an English proficiency level of at least B2.
“We want to contribute to the success of the energy transition not only through excellent research, but also through excellent teaching. That is why we are looking forward to excellent applicants who are working with us on the next generation of batteries.”
Prof. Dr.- Ing. Michael Danzer, Director Bavarian Center for Battery Technology (BayBatt)
